Еще раз потихоньку. Соединяем роутер с компом патч-кордом, через первый порт роутера, естессно. Соединяем роутер и комп через СОМ-порты. Запускаем терминал ну скажем Putty в режиме serial-port из регулировок скорость (дико извиняюсь, но я действительно дал не ту скорость
Booting options
First, RouterBIOS is started. It displays some useful information on the onboard RS232C asynchronous
serial port, which is set to 9600bit/s, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity, hardware (RTS/CTS) flow control

ставим 9600 ну и далее в цитатке расписано.
Надеюсь, питание подается 48V и нужной мощности? Джамперы 4 и 5 в нужной позиции? Кондеры не вздуты (меняются при должной сноровке за 10 минут)? Сброс джампером 3 опробован и не привел к нужным результатам? Память на месте и по параметрам подходит? Батарейка на месте и не совсем дохлая? CF на месте и в рабочем состоянии, контакты не окислены и присутствуют все? Или там какое-то другое устройство хранения с RouterOs?

Boot Errors
After power-on, all user LEDs (LEDs 1 to 4) are switched on for a short time (to determine that all LEDs
are working). If there are errors happened during the BIOS initialization, an error code is displayed with
user LEDs (note that if LED5 is on, then there is a serious hardware damage, and RouterBOARD may not
be used anymore):
LED2 is on – no RAM detected
LED1 and LED2 are on – testing of the 1st megabyte of RAM failed

BIOS Configuration
BIOS parameters may be configured through the onboard RS232C asynchronous serial interface. To
connect to it, use a standard null-modem cable (pin-out is given in the Appendix). By default, the port is
set to 9600bit/s, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit, no parity, hardware (RTS/CTS) flow control.
To enter the BIOS configuration screen, press any key (or only [Delete] key (or [Backspace] key – see
the note for the respective configurable option), depending on the actual configuration) just after the
BIOS is asking for it:
и запускаем роутер , повторяя то, что прочли (press any key (or only [Delete] key (or [Backspace] key).
Если в плате все нормально (в смысле нет железных проблем) , то мы попадем в консоль загрузчика. И не переживайте вы так, оживить динозавра жуть как интересно, но никто вам ничего не может гарантировать.
Но RouterOs 2.7 - это конечно уже неактуально, однозначно
